CONSULTANCY
The fundamental step to be compliant with the regulations of DL 77/20 is to appoint a company mobility manager who will be responsible for drawing up the Home-Work Commute Plan (HWCP).
In the absence of this figure, it is possible to delegate the appointment to an internal Movesion professional.
We study the company's mobility status and the travel habits of its employees through a survey.
Once both work locations and employees have been geo-referenced on a map, the information from the survey is processed via the Mobility Manager software, which is crucial for the drafting of the Home-Work Commute Plan (HWMP).
We realise the Home-Work Commute Plan (HWTP ), through an engineering consultancy. The document, to be sent annually to the area mobility manager, will enable compliance with regulatory obligations, a clear picture of the company's mobility and the identification of the most suitable technical interventions.
We structure and send the Executive Summary, a document summarising both the Home-Work Commute Plan (HWTP) and the proposed intervention scenarios to optimise corporate mobility, in accordance with the principles identified by EPOMM in terms of sustainable mobility.
The first software with which to draw up a Home-Work Commute Plan (HWMP).
It allows a thorough understanding of workers' mobility habits, creates intervention scenarios with expected results and calculates cost-benefits.
