The security and protection of personal data is fundamental to our company and we ensure compliance with it in all our business processes. All processing operations are carried out in compliance with the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data and, in particular, with Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR"), as well as with the confidentiality obligations that inspire our activity.
This document describes the methods of processing of personal data of the users who consult the website www.movesion.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") and interact with it. This Privacy & Cookie Policy applies exclusively to this Site and not to any other websites that are not belonging to Movesion S.r.l., Before browsing or providing us with your data, we invite you to read this general information notice, as well as any specific information provided from time to time, pursuant to art. 13 of the GDPR, before accessing services or reserved areas of the Site that involve the transmission of your personal data.

Purpose and legal basis. Categories of data processed
During your navigation on the Site, the following data may be acquired, which will be processed for the purposes and legal basis described below:

NAVIGATION DATA
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire certain data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system.These data are necessary for the use of web services and are also processed to obtain statistical information on the use of services and to check their correct functioning. Except in this case, navigation data will not persist for more than seven days and will be deleted immediately after their aggregation (except for any need to ascertain crimes by the judicial authorities).
The legal basis for processing for the aforementioned purposes is the pursuit of Movesion's legitimate interest, which consists in carrying out analyses on the use of the Site, verifying its operation and asserting or defending a right in court.

DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER
The optional and voluntary sending of communications through the forwarding of e-mails addressed to Movesion or through the filling in of the form accessible through the "Contacts" section of the Site, implies the acquisition of your contact data, as well as of all the personal data included in the e-mail and/or in the aforementioned form (including, but not limited to, name, surname, e-mail), which are necessary to provide you with an adequate response.
The legal basis for processing for the aforementioned purpose is the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject.

COOKIES
Cookies are short text and number files that are downloaded and stored in the memory of your search engine ("browser") when you visit a website. On each subsequent visit, the stored cookies are sent either to the website that originated them (first-party cookies) or to another website that recognises them (third-party cookies). Cookies are useful because they allow a website to recognise the user's device and improve the user's browsing experience. 3. Nature of data provision
With the exception of what is provided for with specific reference to cookies and navigation data, the provision of data for the purposes indicated in point 2 is not compulsory: however, failure to provide the data, or providing partial or incorrect data, will make it impossible for us to respond to your requests.

4. Period of data retention
Personal data will be kept for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, or subsequently processed.

Personal data may be communicated to parties appointed by the Data Controller to perform services connected with the management and maintenance of the site, as well as to provide IT solutions (e.g. cloud services), also in their capacity as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR. The updated list of the aforesaid subjects can be requested from Movesion by writing to info@movesion.com. The aforesaid data are also processed by specially authorised and trained technical staff on the basis of specific instructions regarding the purposes and methods of processing, or by any persons authorised to perform occasional maintenance operations. Please note that your data will be stored at our hosting service provider (Aruba), whose servers are located in Italy.

6. Transfer of data abroad
The personal data of the applicants may be communicated within the national territory and the European Union in compliance with the rights and guarantees provided for by the regulations in force. We also inform you that Movesion, with reference to the data processed within the Site, does not carry out any transfer to third countries of the European Union.

7. Rights of the data subject
At any time, you may contact Movesion to obtain full clarity on the processing operations and to exercise the rights that are recognised to you by articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR. In particular, by way of example, you may request
- confirmation as to whether or not your personal data are being processed and, if so, to obtain access to them (so-called 'right of access')
- the rectification of inaccurate personal data, or the integration of incomplete personal data (so-called 'right of rectification')
- the deletion of the data if one of the grounds provided for by the GDPR applies (the so-called 'right to be forgotten');
- the restriction of processing when one of the cases provided for by the GDPR applies (the so-called 'right to restriction');
- to receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the personal data you have provided to the Data Controller and to transmit such data to another Data Controller (so-called 'right to portability').
Furthermore, you may revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data by the Controller at any time. Such revocation will not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to the revocation. Without prejudice to any other administrative or jurisdictional recourse, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you believe that the processing operations we have referred to you violate the applicable data protection legislation. 8. Updates to this Privacy & Cookie Policy
This Privacy & Cookie Policy may be updated by Movesion in order to comply with national and European legislation on the processing of personal data and/or to adapt to the adoption of new internal systems or procedures, or for any other reason that may be appropriate and/or necessary. This Privacy & Cookie Policy may therefore be modified at any time, without prior notice. We therefore invite you to periodically consult this page of the Site.
